4.How do you level my character?

We assign 2 or 3 professional players to work on your character; the person playing your character has a very good understanding of how your specific class is played. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as "grinding," where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we do sometimes do simple quests to obtain experience. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.

5.What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?

We understand that you may be nervous about it. However, friend, don't worry about this in our company, We take our customers' game accounts very seriously. In addition to the fact that we have opened this business for years, you should take comfort in the fact that we only need your game ID and password to level your character. All vital information such as your master ID, password, or your birthday are still retain by yourself, you still take full control of an account. So your account is fully secure.

Even more, we have systems in place to screen every order and protect who has the given orders information. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. Even more, once your order is completed, please do change your password within one day.

6.Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing or any other behavior that is frowned upon.

7.How can I login my account to play a while during your leveling?

If you would like to arrange a later processing of your order and login by yourself, please contact our live chat representatives or mail us including your order number, we will contact you within 5 minutes. 9.Why do your prices change so frequently?

We raise and decrease our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary from server to server on one game.

10.What time are you likely to call me regarding an order?

We are aware of vast time differences between certain countries, and so we will strive to call you 30 minutes to 1 hour after your order is made to ensure you are available and that we don抰 wake you up!
